Big Ben is visited by absolutely everyone who comes to London, including Marge Simpson;
Isambard Kingdom Brunel was simply one of the greatest engineers in the world.
Both celebrate their 150th anniversaries this year. Big Ben properly refers to the
great bell, located in St Stephen’s Tower, and it first rang out in
July 1859.
Just 2 months later
Brunel
died (September 1859).
